All powered mobility solutions ordered from Mobility Confidence come with a 12-month comprehensive warranty cover. This includes parts, repairs and up to three call-outs to your home address so you can be assured that we will keep you moving if you run into any issues. If you encounter an issue, please contact us.

Delivery options

  • Free delivery - your order delivered in the box to your kerbside within 2-5 working days. You will need to assemble the product and dispose of all the packaging.

  • Engineer delivery - your order will be delivered to your room of choice at the delivery address. The engineer will assemble the powered product, provide a demonstration and dispose of the packaging. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days and costs £100 excluding VAT.
